How Entrena works

Two short guides: one for the trainer, one for the client. Neither needs an account or a password.

Coach guide — The first day with the app, step by step, with screens.

If you're the trainer

Your link opens your panel. Open it on your phone — that's where you'll be most of the time. These are the four tabs along the bottom, in order.

  1. 1

    Your clients live here

Paste your WhatsApp list — name and number, one per line — and each client gets their own link. That link is all they need: nothing to download, no password to invent.

  2. 2

    Your whole schedule

One-to-one sessions and group classes on the same calendar. When a client proposes a time it lands here as “to confirm”, and you decide.

  3. 3

    Classes: spots and takings

How many spots are left, who has paid and who hasn't, and what you've taken this week. It only counts payments you confirmed.

  4. 4

    Who owes you

Each client's monthly fee, how long it's been outstanding, and the reminder already written. WhatsApp opens with the message ready — sending it is yours to do.

  5. 5

And this is the one that matters

When someone goes days without checking in, they show up here at the top, in red. Nobody announces they're leaving — they just stop coming. That's what this app is for.

If you're the client

Your trainer sends you a link over WhatsApp. That link is yours: open it and you're in, with nothing to sign up for.

  1. 1

This is your space with your trainer

Your meal plan, your training days and your trainer's classes all live here. Only your trainer and you can see it — no other client sees anything of yours.

  2. 2

    Here's what you can do

See your plan and tick off what you ate, do your thirty-second check-in, and hold your spot in a class. All from the buttons below.

  3. 3

    Save it to your phone

So you don't have to go looking for the WhatsApp message every time you want in.

Saving it to your phone

Always optional. Everything works the same from the link — this only saves you looking for it.

It sits on your phone like an app, with nothing to download.

  • No App Store, no Play Store, and it doesn't take up space like a normal app.
  • Tap the icon and you're straight into your own space — no hunting for the WhatsApp message again.
  • Remove it whenever you like, the same as any other icon.

On iPhone you add it by hand, from Safari. Three taps:

  1. 1

Tap the share button in Safari's toolbar:

It's at the bottom, in the middle of the bar.

  2. 2

Scroll down the list to “Add to Home Screen” and tap it.

The list is long — the button is further down than it looks.

  3. 3

Tap “Add”. The icon sits with your other apps.

Top right, where it says “Add”.

On Android it's a single tap:

  1. 1

Tap “Install” and confirm. The icon sits with your other apps.

Your browser asks you to confirm in a small window.

It opens from an icon like any other app — no hunting for the link again.
